FAQ

Q: What services do you offer?
A: Bundling & kitting and small-seller pick, pack & ship fulfillment

Q: Do you handle hazmat, fragile, meltable, or regulated products?
A: We do not handle high-risk items, including hazmat or regulated items, fragile, meltable/temperature-sensitive products, food/ingestibles/supplements or cosmetics/skincare/topical products, or anything requiring special handling.

Q: What makes a fulfillment client a “good fit”?
A: Organized inventory, clear written SOPs, a manageable number of SKUs to start, and a primary contact who can respond quickly when a question comes up.

Q: Can you pick up my products or deliver finished orders?
A: Not at this time. Materials can be dropped off locally or shipped to us, and completed work can be picked up or shipped back using agreed upon shipping method/account.

Q: Do you ship using your own shipping account?
A: We prefer to use the client’s account, but other shipping arrangements can be made.

Q: Do you offer same-day shipping? What is your shipping schedule?
A: We do not offer same-day shipping. Orders received before 5:00 PM Central will ship the next business day, unless otherwise discussed. Orders received over the weekend are processed on Monday and ship on Tuesday. Orders received on holidays are processed the next business day and ship the following day.

Q: Do you provide packaging, boxes, fillers, or inserts?
A: Ideally, clients supply all products and packaging materials needed for the job. However, exceptions can be discussed on a case by case basis.

Q: Do you design, print, or source materials?
A: No. We don’t design or print product labels, source products, or purchase supplies for clients.

Q: Do you offer storage or warehousing?
A: We do not offer general warehousing. For small-seller fulfillment, storage may be included as part of the service for active clients (with clear caps and organization requirements).

Q: Do you handle customer service (refunds, “where is my order?”, exchanges)?
A: No, we don’t contact end customers. The client handles all customer service, returns, and policy decisions.

Q: Do you process returns?
A: No, returns go back to the client unless you provide written instructions and a label for a client-direct return workflow.

Q: Do you ship Amazon orders or handle Amazon compliance/FBA requirements?
A: No, we do not accept Amazon shipments or Amazon prep/compliance requirements.

Q: What is a “prototype” or “golden sample”?
A: It’s a small test build (or sample pack-out) that confirms the standard before we run the full project.

Q: What happens if something is unclear or doesn’t match the instructions?
A: We use a “pause and confirm” approach. If instructions conflict, materials are missing, an order doesn’t match the SOP, or counts don’t reconcile, we hold the work and confirm before proceeding.

Q: Will our products be stored in a climate controlled space?
A: Yes. Our workshop is fully climate controlled.

Q: Do you offer rush work?
A: Sometimes, when agreed upon in advance and depending on schedule and project clarity. Rush requests may affect pricing and turnaround.

Q: Can you work with clients outside Texas?
A: Yes. We serve clients across the U.S. Local drop-off may be available in the DFW/Tarrant County area.

Q: How do you prevent mistakes?
A: We implement clear SOPs, organized staging, tally tracking, and quality checks throughout production/pack-out. For fulfillment, we use defined pick/pack standards and hold exceptions for confirmation.

Q: What if something changes after we approve the quote?
A: If scope changes after approval (quantities, materials, steps, timeline, or SOP changes), we confirm changes in writing and adjust pricing and/or schedule as needed.

Q: Are there onboarding limits for fulfillment?
A: Yes. We start with clear caps (SKUs, orders/day, and storage footprint) and expand only after the pilot proves stable.

Q: Which platforms do you support (Shopify, Etsy, etc.)?
A: We support platforms that can provide clear order information and shipping labels through the client’s account. (We confirm fit during onboarding.)
