Workflow and Quality Checks

We use a repeatable workflow designed for accuracy and consistency. Before full production (or fulfillment) begins, we confirm the standard with a small test run or “golden sample” when needed. If anything is unclear, we pause and confirm before continuing.

Our workflow (Bundling & Kitting)

  1. Intake + review – We receive materials, confirm quantities, and review your written instructions.
  2. Prototype / “golden sample” – We build a small test run to confirm packing sequence, inserts, and standards.
  3. Production setup – We set up a left-to-right workflow with labeled bins and tally tracking.
  4. Production + quality checks – We complete startup checks, in-process checks, and a final check before pack-out.
  5. Pack-out + closeout – We reconcile final counts, document the closeout, and prepare for pickup or return shipment.

Workflow (Small-Seller Fulfillment)

For fulfillment clients, we follow written SOPs for each SKU and pack-out pattern.

  • Onboarding + standards – We confirm SOPs, packing rules, inserts, and “hold” conditions before launch.
  • Inventory organization – Inventory must be labeled and stored in defined locations (if it isn’t labeled, it isn’t pickable).
  • Pick + pack – Orders are packed to your SOPs (right item, right quantity, right inserts).
  • Exceptions (“hold and confirm”) – If an order can’t be completed as written, we hold it and contact the client for a decision.
  • Shipping – Orders ship using agreed upon shipping method/account.
  • Shipping cadence – We do not offer same-day shipping. Orders received before 5:00 PM Central ship the next business day. Weekend orders are processed Monday and ship Tuesday. Holiday orders are processed the next business day and ship the following day.

Quality Checks

  • Startup check to confirm the standard
  • In-process checks at intervals
  • Final count reconciliation before handoff (or shipment)

Our “Pause and Confirm” Rule

If instructions conflict, materials are missing, counts don’t reconcile, or a fulfillment order/SKU doesn’t match the SOP, we pause and confirm before continuing. This prevents avoidable errors and protects the final result.
