Bundling & Kitting

We assemble simple, repeatable kits and bundles using your written instructions. This is a good fit for 2–5 component kits, insert cards, and light assembly. We start with a small prototype (“golden sample”) so everyone is aligned before production begins.

What’s included

  • Assemble kits/bundles based on your written steps
  • Insert cards, simple bagging, and light assembly as provided
  • Prototype + “golden sample” approval before full production
  • Tally tracking during the run + final reconciliation/count
  • Pack-out for pickup or return shipment (using agreed upon shipping method/account)
  • Climate-controlled workshop and storage

Typical range: 25–1,000 kits (most often 2–5 components per kit)

What we need from you

  • All products/components, packaging, and labels (if applicable)
  • Written instructions (bullet points are fine) + photos/sample if helpful
  • Final quantities and deadline + a primary point of contact

Small-Seller Fulfillment

We provide pick & pack order fulfillment for select small-seller clients using your written packing standards. We follow a “pause and confirm” process anytime something doesn’t match the instructions. This service is designed to stay predictable and sustainable—organized projects only.

What’s included

  • Pick, pack, and ship orders based on your written SOPs for each SKU/pack-out
  • Organized bin/location system for stored inventory (if it isn’t labeled, it isn’t pickable)
  • Order verification steps to reduce packing errors (right item, right quantity, right inserts)
  • “Hold and confirm” handling for problem orders (missing item, unclear order, damaged product, unclear packing rule)
  • Basic shipping/exception tracking (what shipped + what was held and why)
  • Climate-controlled workshop and storage

Shipping schedule (no same-day shipping)

  • Orders received before 5:00 PM Central ship the next business day.
  • Orders received over the weekend are processed on Monday and ship on Tuesday.
  • Orders received on holidays are processed the next business day and ship the following day.
  • We do not offer same-day shipping.

Typical range: Small-seller volume (we start with clear caps on SKUs, orders/day, and storage footprint)

What we need from you

  • A manageable SKU list to start (plus photos, variants, and bin/location labels)
  • Written SOPs: pick/pack steps, inserts, bundling rules, and any “must face” or placement notes
  • Shipping account information / labels
  • A primary point of contact who can respond quickly to “hold and confirm” questions
  • Clear boundaries: client handles customer service; returns go back to the client; no Amazon shipments
